No other rooms were available. We ended up having to drive 30 minutes out of our way to find another hotel with a vacancy.
Will stay here again.
Front desk clerk extremely friendly, room nice. I like there is no carpet. Bed good got plenty stations on telly, fridge works heater works I'm happy.
Horrible experience! We booked a non-smoking room, but when we arrived, the room stank like someone had been chain-smoking inside. In addition, the ironing board was set up and the toilet had not been flushed the last time it was used. The bed's pillows also looked like they had been slept on.
To say that you get what you pay for is an understatement. First, when I arrived at 12am after driving for 6 hrs, the 2 people at the front desk told me that I would have to come back in 15 min because they were changing shifts. Second, we get in the room and I immediately check the beds for bed bugs. No bugs but the sheets looked like they had been washed but were stained and had small holes in them from where it looked like they had been in a smoking room. One bed had a mattress cover on it the other didn't. One bed had a fitted sheet that should have been on a king size bed. I had a non smoking room but the room on one side of me was smoking and whoever was in that room smoked like a chimney. The non smoking rooms were not divided well. I was there for a dog show and I went to take my dog out to the use the bathroom and the grass was almost knee high, no joke. I found a tick on me from walking in the tall grass. There was a guy there blowing the parking lot but he didn't mow. The toilet ran must have had a leak because it would fill up almost every 5 min. If you are looking for just a quick sleep then this is the place.
Location was great. Service was okay. I had to wait for the desk person for over 10 min. The room had roaches both alive & dead. The A.C. unit smelled like wet cigarettes every time it came on. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The sheets on both beds had stains. The neighbors were loud & slamming doors after midnight. The toilet constantly ran. You could see daylight through the door frame. The price was good but had I not already paid for another night I would have left.

Unequivocally the lowestrating I have ever given a hotel. Walls so thin in this one you can listen to your neighbor even when they whisper. Had someone come in at 11pm letting door slam on the lock about 14 times before I went to the front desk. Told them I was awakened by the noise and couldn't get back to sleep. They asked them to be quiet. However rest of the night noise continued. Front desk would not move them or me. Refused to refund my money and was told as long as they don't break the law there is nothing we can do about it. WRONG ANSWER. worst hotel ever.
