The rooms are nice, nothing fancy. Staff was very nice as well. Nice location accept there is a ton of road construction which makes travel in the area a large pain.
We had a great experience at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, sleeping on a cloud. The staff were friendly, genuine, and very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The breakfast was above average and good. The biggest thing was how clean it was, definitely felt like it was above a 2 star hotel. It was spotless and modern and didn't have that weird
smell, it was fresh. Trying to make excuses to stop by this place in the future.
From the moment I walked inside it was a warm and inviting. The front desk employee i believe her name was Crystal was very helpful, polite and informative. My room was clean and tidy and I would definitely stay here again
What a Great Stay! I am rating the Comfort Inn Suites with 4-star primarily because of the friendly customer service rendered by Ms. Cristal at the front desk and Ms. Loretta during breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable for my family. We will definitely make our next travel stay in NC off Route 85 with Comfort Inn Suites in Kannapolis.
Clean, friendly, updated and secure. Very comfortable and feels more like a resort. Good amenities and location, but is quiet. Very well run and staff are well trained. Pricing is good, but helps if you have a discount like AAA. I will definitely route my travels just to stay at this hotel again.
