I really liked their selection of plants...however the customer service really sucks. As in super rude, texting ( which normally I just look pass but, man. She made me felt like I was a hassle)...I just wanted to pay for my freaking plants and leave. I'll be honest...the eye rolling when she HAD to get OFF her phone...was annoying. She's worse than my pre teen girl. I doubt I'll be coming back there.
Store wasn't busy at all and took 35 minutes to get our wood dropped because the racks hadn't been restocked it was empty. Finally had someone come and they didn't know really what to do or what we needed after we told them 2x10-16 foot. Other acosiates just stood back and watched this go on with no help. Yeah everyone is tired but the guy on the forklift was trying his best. But he needed a spotter bc he kept hitting the rack bc that was a big heavy load. They need to have a few more safety meetings with their employees.
Worst customer service. Still waiting on window issues after 4 months. Piss poor management in All departments including customer service and window/door. Go to Lowe's. They never return calls after saying that they will. I will be calling store manager but I don't think think that will help because they never seem to be available either.
The store is really neat and organized. Cashier was very polite.
