The person loading the cement bags onto the truck was an ignorant POS. We drove two trucks to split the load of 50, 80lb bags of cement mix. He tries to load it all onto one truck. Then gets an attitude and refuses when we want the bags split between the two trucks. Says we can put them on their ourselves. Gives a smartass smirk and says he has loaded heavier loads onto smaller trucks. I'm thinking I suppose? Never going there again and shredding our lowes credit card
Very good trip to Lowe's. Found the breakers for my Square D panels , 3" coaster wheels for a dolly, rec.covers and some 40 watt led bulbs for a ceiling fan, very bright. Salesman helped me find most of my goods in a very short period of time. So many things that I need U can find at Lowe's. I'll be back ! Need some 8' pvc fence for the backyard. And they wished me a Merry Christmas twice! Excellent customer service, excellent material and great price. See ya soon. Thanks a million!
Bought a dishwasher for delivery and install that I was told was in stock. Called 2 days later because no one had called me. Finally told that dishwasher was not in stock and they would get it in from another store the next morning and call me. So another day went by and no one called. I called and was told they do not have control of the truck and routes and that once again the dishwasher was never picked up. Now talked to corporate Lowes and told that they can not have the machine delivered and installed out of the Salisbury store (which is the town it is being delivered and installed in) WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING AT ANY LOWES AGAIN! Oh and by the way they made sure to get my money before I walked out but not check on the inventory.
Probably the worst outside garden center I have ever seen at a Lowe's especially for indoor plants. It does however the nicest bathrooms. It does need a better way to cut the toilet paper because it is not perforated
I ordered a dishwasher online and asked for it to be delivered on their morning slot (9am - 12pm) I waited and Lowe’s came but they only delivered the components (cable/hose) , they told me the machine would come later.. I waited until 1pm and nothing. I called them and they told me that there was a hiccup and that it would be delivered around 3. I argued with them because that meant I had to cancel plans so that I can be there for them. I waited and it did not arrive until 4:30pm. I called to complain and spoke to Paul the Manager in Kannapolis. I explained and told him it was very unprofessional for them to not even call me apologizing for their mistake. All he said was sorry. I asked if i could get any type of compensation for the time loss. He said no, sorry and blamed it on the holidays. I told him ok I guess I’ll leave a bad review. Lowe’s has just gone down in customer service. Will not go there again.
