Delivering a load to Sam's club and I was early for the delivery time, (not a bad thing). Someone rescheduled the appointment time due to a problem with the truck. The truck was repaired and I had plenty of time to get to the 2 deliveries. First stop was fine. Second stop was not notified I would be there for the original time. They would not take delivery even though they were looking for this load the day before. I waited for almost a whole day to see if they would accept the delivery. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?
I love the new app. I scan my groceries as I put them in the cart and I just pay with my phone. Never have to wait in the lines. Get the food I want for the price that fits my budget and I'm in and out!
sometimes hard to find things, floor help is useless. often you buy a certain brand of a product, and then bamm, the store doesnt carry it anymore
My wife just recently had surgery. I have been working long crazy hours and she needed to get some water and a few heavy pieces. She can not lift over 15 pounds for a month. She went into Sam's and explained and a nice gentleman got the cases of water and put them in a buggy and took them up front. She was able to get her other groceries. After checking out, someone loaded the groceries in the car and would not accept a tip. Caring staff and great customer service.
