I was ordering sympathy flowers for a friend to have delivered same day in charlotte. I was about to hit the place my order button when i called to make sure they would be delivered today. The person who answered the phone said they do not deliver to charlotte and this late in the day (12:30pm) they would not be delivered same day. None of this information came up when I was placing my order so I am glad I called before submitting my order.
