Curtis was very helpful unlike some others here seemed a little confused.The manger was more concerned about going home.I almost made a refund but after help from Curt I decided to keep the phone.Great customer service Curt keep it up.
I've been going to the same sprint store for years. Same people. Same faces. Great service.
Theses people never answer the phone. The manager is rude and refused to help me. The only good worker is cat. She goes above and beyond.
