Great Staff Good Enough Selection.
I've been going to this one a couple years. They seem to cycle staff a lot because of problems with a manager. It's been the same at all I've went to(micromanagement). I went to the one in Hickory for many years. In-store staff either get fired, quit from frustration, or hit the dead end of the salary and role cap.
I love this place. The staff is above and beyond amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I try to go to the small dingy used shops(typically comics&games) when I'm close to one not for a price difference which is only sometimes the case by at most a few bucks, but for the experience and to support independent business owners.
My little one loves this place.
This Place is like my Cheers Bar...where everyone knows your name! The staff and management are fantastic! I look forward to shopping there. They are informative and patient. They will answer all of your questions whether you are a 'newbie/noob'' or an expert/advanced gamer! Such a joy!
Gamestop is a runaway franchise monopoly much like WalMart and McDonalds/Burger King/Windys/Kmart before WalMart. Except do to the used market aspect it still has some vague humanity to it. Their new stuff typically isn't any cheaper than other sources and they cut off legacy support basically three generations back.
