Not enough employees. It takes too long to check out there. But I love their prices in their selection.
Forget about navigating the store because it's almost impossible since they just set out the full pallets right in the middle.of the isles and some sit there for weeks at a time not being put up. This store use to be great, but I find myself going to to the other store by Little Caesars instead more often now just because it seems more organized and clean. Whoever is managing this store needs to either be taught how to manage a store or be fired. Family Dollar should take a little more pride in how this store looks now. It's pretty bad when a much older store looks and feels better to shop in. I provided some pictures as well.

They have a good selection but the guy at the register was very rude he did not even say hay how you doing today or have a good day but everything else was good
Can't give it a zero but I would if I could. Since Steve and Penny aren't running the store anymore it's really gone to the crapper. Nothing stays stocked and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in ages. I know at least four or five spill spots that have been on this floor for at least 4 weeks.
Take some pride in your store. For the record I use to shop at this store on a daily basis because its only 5 minutes from my house and convenience matters to me. Clean and organized also goes a long way with me, a lot longer than convenience.
