I only have it one star because that is the minimum. The people here are rude. I was checking on a package that should have been delivered the day before and the teller snapped at me "go ring the bell at the other door!" That's not the worst of it. After I rang the bell I could hear him talking junk about me to the next customer! I will never go there again and this is the post office closest to my house. There are many other reviews below from other people with similar stories...........
I was in and out, mailing a medium sized parcel through priority mail. I paid the advertised rate and I also picked up some stamps. The gentleman at the counter was for all intents and purposes friendly and helpful. Despite it being busy, he didn't try to rush me.
Haven't received mail in 5 days, neither ha e the neighbors. When I placed a call the representative made several excuses, essentially ending with him telling me I was out of luck. I wonder if USPS wonders why alternative delivery services are absolutely destroying them. I've got a pretty good idea. They really should open up zero stars as an option, 1 star is one too many.
Best post office experience I have ever been to!! Got my passport application filled and bought all the stamps for my wedding invites all at once in 15 minutes!!
If I could put 0 starts I would!!! Worse service I have got in my life. The manager for this location has a terrible trashy attitude. The people here is not professional at all. Worse post office ever. Do not go there.
