Go to another firehouse subs other than this one. The India guy here is rude and doesn't put the customer first. I didn't ask if he was the manager but he acted like it. If you see him don't do anything to piss him off. He was so rude I just left my sandwich and went to subway for a bigger and for the same price or about the same price just as good sandwich. He was just so rude. Everyone else in there is very nice but if I see him again I'm walking out and going to another firehouse sub or somewhere else.. If you have similar experiences post it firehouse subs needs to know.
Worst visit ever to Firehouse. Sandwich was nothing like what I ordered. Disappointed. No tomatoes please... I have tomatoes. A cold, not steamed meat please.... It was steamed.
One of the BEST sub sandwich restaraunt in NC I only go here for a sub, no were else, you couldn't pay to eat at any other sandwich place cause i love firehouse subs. The customer service is awsome, their friendly and have tv's playing ESPN what more could you ask for. Keep up the good work.
