I am a maternity patient at the Cabarrus Health Alliance. This is my third child. With my other two pregnancies I went to two other popular practices in Concord. With each pregnancy I felt the doctor visits were rushed, I received inconsistent answers to my questions about insurance, and the care provided was generic. I felt like a number, not a person. The care I have received at the Cabarrus Health Alliance has been completely different. At every visit the nurses and doctors take time to listen to me. They have checked and rechecked any time an issue has come up in my health. I am 100% confident that should a problem arise they will catch it. The staff is so friendly! Everyone smiles and greets you with a hello. It must be a positive work environment because they are all genuinely kind.

I went here for prenatal care for my first child. I did not have a good experience at all. The doctor didn't really seem helpful and she seemed like she was not present and the waiting time for an appointment was ridiculous! I would have an appointment for 10:00 am and would leave at 2-3 pm! The only positive thing was the receptionists and some of the nurses. The lab staff was always very friendly. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless they really have to. And don't get me started on the WIC program and appointments, YOU WILL SPEND ALL DAY HERE IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

The walking in Had to be the quickest part. The waiting on your doctor to come in is the longest. They promise you an appointment and call people in the room even if your appointment time has past, also they give you a wait time but they always exceed that time frame.

Discount healthcare available for those in need. They also partner with local schools to provide in-school services. Sometimes overpriced/unnecessary healthcare for those not in need. Helpful to get a second opinion if it is an option.

I was on hold over 4 times. Each time it rang out fully all while attempting to make a very important appointment for my granddaughter. The only reason I was asked to do this was because my daughter and my granddaughter's father are in Salisbury this very day while he's in surgery. All of this was explained to the lady on the line and I was STILL turned away. So you know what? From now on, we can go to Salisbury
