I have recently filed my first claim with the Denise Ayers State Farm Office in Kannapolis,I chipped my windshield and when I called to claim it (expecting the worst) Marnie said, I had full coverage for that and no deductible.I had forgotten I even had that coverage, thankfully Marnie made sure I had that when I first set up my policy. They are wonderful am very happy with all of the customer service they provide. Every time I call or go to the office I am treated with such kindness and respect, I leave completely trusting that they have my best interest at heart. We have been able to pick up insurance we didn't know we needed and some we didn't think we could afford. Marnie is a wonderful agent, she always seems to save the day and have coffee....really they are an exceptional insurance office.
They suck, new hired person don'tknow what they doing.... I would never go to these ppl in life. And I seriously hope people research before going here, they will take you're money out your account, and knowing you're no longer with them.. They are not a great insurance company at all... how do you forget to cancel my plan, but know it suppose to be cancelled smh just don't mane sense... please people DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. !
Great, great company to work with! I am new to NC and they answered every question. She and her staff genuinely care and respond quickly. I know good customer service-they are exceptional!
Inconsistent customer service. Significant lack of prompt communication. Simple requests were not met almost resulting in coverage termination. I will be switching companies.
