My boys had a haircut today. one cut was done and the stylist asked me if I want his hair shampoo "no charge". So I said okay. Second one done was worst than any rookie stylists or self home cuts you could get from your own grandma. upon check out, I was charged totaling $26 because $5.98 was added for shampooing. will never go there again.
Only one person working when I went there. I stood there for 10 mins before she even spoke. Looked at my daughter's hair with disgust and said it would be a 2 hour wait before she could get to anyone else but went by 30 mins later and she had other customers she was working on. I don't know her name but was working July 26 at 11am.
