Yes, you often have to wait for the doctor, but he spends all the time necessary to serve you appropriately. You are not just a number and you are not run through as if a timer is about to go off at any minute. I'll make that trade any day.

I called last week to make an appointment to get my son his required immunizations for the upcoming school year. I was informed at the time that he was up to date for one of them, but did require the second one along with another. They made the appointment for the next week, which is why I'm giving the extra star. I had to take out of work for the 8am appointment, which is what it is. No worries. We checked in just before 7:45, but at 8:15 I decided to give them 5 more minutes before I asked what the holdup was since I needed to get to work. Just then a lady calls me to the counter to inform me that my son was in fact up to date on the immunizations I called about and the Dr. wants to wait until his next appointment for the other one. This information should have been given to me when I originally called so as not to keep me out of work for no reason. I don't know how the doctors are so this is not a reflection on them, but this was very inconvenient for me this morning.
