Good lord how do you rate Walmart? Well people are generally rude.... Dressed like they are walking around their own house.... Or fresh out of jail in whatever they could find in lost and found. Poorly stocked and things in confusing places.... An experience everyone should undertake to check off your bucket list... Take patience, humor, a gag, and probably a blindfold... because somethings cannot be unseen....
I find it very humorous that a multi billion dollar corporation only has five check out lines open at 8:30pm on December 21st. I don't find this to be a fault at the store level, but at a corporate level. I worked for two, major grocery corporations over a seven year period. I understand that this kind of foolishness is not due to the hardworking staff or the management. It's due to big corporations cutting labor hours to maximize profit as much as much as possible. But good God, this is seriously the biggest train wreck and disaster I've seen in a long time. The only reason this store is getting two stars is because all of the cashiers that were actually scheduled, were working their butts off and somehow managed to keep a smile on their faces. Props to them, because I would not be hiding my misery. Get your act together Wal-Mart. The wait lines were literally wrapped around the clothing department in every direction. Anyways, thank you to my cashier who was fast, efficient and friendly. I wish I knew your name so I could say nice things about you publicly. But, I couldn't find your name on my receipt.
It's a good Walmart.. not too trashy. Lots of clearance corners and not typically too crowded. Off of the main highway and in a plaza. Not too difficult to find.
Who can go wrong with Walmart... Except the traffic and there is no such thing as a 'quick' trip to this store, but you can definitely get everything you would get at 4-5 other stops at 4-5 other stores - that is for sure... ONE stop shopping at it's top!
Customer Service needs great improvement. If you choose to work for the public, you should have the personality to treat the public with respect and kindness. There's more people that want to work and are more respectful than some at both stores.
