I came into this place today and they have a lady cleaning she was on da floor on her hands and knees clean then got up smelling her fingers (nasty) ... the food was NASTY i orderd the double quarter pounder and they gave me a single QP and i went back to let em kno and they added da most GREASIEST burger to da one gave me... the FOOD was str8 NASTY.... to da owner ....BILL U NEED TO STEP UR GAME UP....
Disappointed tonight... Waited inside with several others for much much too long while drive was being served for a good 20 mins b4 anyone inside waiting got a thing. Meanwhile manager was standing there watching doing nothing. Terrible experience tonight !!!
Came by here early this morning for breakfast - my biscuit ended up being incorrect, BUT the gentleman working at the drive through/inside counter was so polite and helpful in fixing it. We're all human and make mistakes, what matters is how errors are handled. I honestly never expect much when visiting any McDonald's because of prior negative experiences with customer service, but this particular location and staff member made a difference in a good way and I appreciate that. Kudos to him. :)
Terrible place to go.I feel as if they never want to help you and the employees don't even want to be there, they are so quiet and you can hardly hear them when you come in and greet them more than half the time they don't even say anything but 20 seconds later you'll hear that same employee laughing and hollering and cursing and just being Ghetto AF!!!! Trust this is one of those last resort kinda places and even then I wouldn't recommend it to ANYBODY!
After we received our food we noticed an employee come through dinning area with a wash rag. She would wipe the floor to get spots up then began wiping the tables.
