Staff at Greendale are very knowledgeable and always have a great selection of our favorite fishes. Supply prices are very competitive too!
I've been to alot of saltwater stores around here in this part of NC, and I've gotta say, this is the absolute best, great people that are great with their customers, clean and gorgeous tanks, and they are clean and very well kept, on a scale of 1-10, they definitely get a 10+ in all aspects. Thank you Greendale for such a great experience.
I recently got into the hobby of having a freshwater tank. I got to this place Sunday as soon as they opened at 2pm and I didn't leave until around 4. Just want to brag on the employee, Zack, he really knows his stuff. He helped me from start to finish and never left my side. He informed me on every way possible to keep my tank clean. This place has amazing deals! I will be going back every week or 2!
I love this place, healthy fish and good price. I haven't been able to reach them in 3 weeks though. I have stopped by and it says they are closed. I have called multiple times and no answer or voice mail
Really disappointed they give no guarantee on livestock. I bought two angelfish Saturday morning and by Sunday night one went belly up. I got in contact with the company to let them know the fish died and was willing to bring in a water sample to verify it wasn't my fault the fish died to basically be told "sucks for you." I'll continue taking my business to Upscale Aquatics in the future.
